Delivery

1. DELIVERY COST.

1.1 To keep things simple, we offer FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders over £100 + VAT. And there's a fixed charge of £6.66 +VAT for orders under £100 +VAT. Customers living in some remote rural areas such as the Scotlish Highlands and Scotlands Islands should note some delivery services are often extended by 2 working days.

 

2. DELIVERY TIME.

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

 

2.1 "Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Dispatched within 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to send out. For example, some items will dispatch within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom or special order products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that, especially for special orders.

 

2.2 The method of delivery - our Free delivery method is sent either by Royal Mail Second Class or UKMail Packet +. Royal Mail Second Class aims to deliver by the third working day after posting and UKMail Packet + aim to delivery within four working days.

There are also several options for Overnight delivery based on product availability and the time of day the order is placed.

2.3 Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it's impossible for us to dispatch an item the same day as all the carriers would be closed.


3. SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE

3.1 Any shortage or damage must be clearly identified and a written statement of the facts received by ourselves within 3 days after the date of delivery, otherwise no claim will be entertained. The package and contents should be retained for examination.


3.2 Written notice of any non- delivery must be received by our online support team within 7 days of the date of invoice. Time is of the essence of this clause. Our liability in respect of any claim accepted under this clause is limited to making up the shortage or replacing of any goods proved to have been damaged or lost in transit to the point of delivery, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you, whether direct or consequential and howsoever arising.

Where will you deliver to?
We deliver to 99.9% of UK addresses.Although there are a few exceptions as detailed by the Royal Mail's Universal Service Obligation (USO)

What happens if I am out when you attempt delivery?
All deliveries will require a signature, If know one is available to accept the delivery the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time or you'll also be able to collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

Can my order be delivered to another address?
Yes, of course. During the checkout process you'll have the opportunity to select an alternative delivery address.

Can I name the day for delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next day if the stock is available. At present you cannot specify the day for delivery.

Can I send a delivery to more than one address?
You can only specify one delivery address per order. If you wish to have products delivered to more than one address, you would need to place separate orders for each address.

Can I pick up my order from a local R&B Star branch?
Yes you can. Just ensure all items you wish to collect are available from local warehouse stock before setting out.
